The 80 Series is the Land Cruiser that took the badge from working truck to world-class expedition wagon: solid axles front and rear, coil springs, full-time four-wheel drive with a low-range transfer case, and a body built to run for decades. This is a GCC-specification GX — supplied new into the Gulf, where Land Cruisers are the everyday vehicle and the dry climate keeps bodies free of the rust that ends most 80 Series in the north.
Left-hand drive and a manual gearbox are the combination collectors ask for, and this one shows 92,000 km — roughly 57,000 miles — which is exceptionally low for a 1994 truck. Badged 4500 24-valve, it carries Toyota's 4.5-litre inline-six, driven through the five-speed manual with a separate low-range lever on the console. Finished in black with the period gold pinstripe, over a grey cloth interior that presents very clean, with a MOMO wood-rim steering wheel and matching shift knob, factory alloy wheels on Dunlop Grandtrek tires, a rear swing-out spare carrier and tow hitch, and fold-up third-row seats in the cargo area.
Sourced and inspected in the UAE through the Overland Imports program and imported to North America under full federal compliance. Restoration, upgrades or an interior refresh can be carried out in our Atlanta shop before delivery.
