1973 Volkswagen Type 2 Microbus

This 1973 Volkswagen Kombi is a Brazilian market only Deluxe 6-door version with three doors on each side, which allows passengers to enter or exit the vehicle from either side and access each seat row in the passenger area. There is seating for nine, including the driver, and storage in the back for luggage. This 6-door bus is equipped with its original 1,500cc flat-4 engine that has been overhauled and mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. The bus received a professional restoration by the talented craftsman at Overland Imports and is presented here in its original color configuration. This 6-door bus retains all original equipment offered at the time of production, including all original glass and interior. The bus rides on factory 14-inch wheels with chrome hub caps and new whitewall tires. The exterior received a recent paint correction and refresh.
