1969 VW Bus - Orange Single Cab

This 1969 Volkswagen Bus Single Cab Pickup Truck Type 2 has undergone a 12-month professional rotisserie restoration by Overland Imports. Nothing has gone untouched, and no expense has been spared. The bus is expertly finished in Orange with Lotus White bumpers, wheels, safari window frames and emblem. Its interior was finished in light brown and ivory and completed with a brand new steering wheel and Wolfsburg crest horn button, chrome accessories such as church key, ash tray rearview mirror. It features a safari front windows, under bed cargo storage, adjustable front and rear lowered suspension and seating for three. Powered by a 1500cc 4-cylinder engine mated to a 4-speed manual transmission, the complete drivetrain has been rebuilt, including the engine, transmission, and transaxle. The engine compartment was color-matched and the engine tins were painted orange to match the body color, a graduated crank pulley was installed along with an adjustable tensioner and generator pulleys. A new carburetor was installed along with a new distributor, ignition coil, spark plugs and wires. The suspension, steering and braking systems have also been rebuilt with new parts throughout. The electrical system was completely redone, from the wiring harness to the generator, voltage regulator and battery. This single cab rides on lotus white wheels with chrome hubcaps wrapped in new radial tires.
